Holiday Decorating Contest 2011The 2011 winner of the Holiday Decorating Contest is 616 North St. Washington, owners Jan & Dwayne Orwig. This house was nominated by a neighbor who thought their house was very well decorated. The décor was very well thought out. It is impeccably decorated and executed. The owners thought of everything. It is worth a drive by! The theme is Frosty the Snowman.
