2009 Pool Pass Prices

The early bird special prices are only available April 6th thru June 8th. The regular season pass price will be reflected for all passes purchased beginning Tuesday, June 9th, 2009. All NEW pool passes must be purchased at the Washington Park District Administation Office at 106 S. Spruce Street. Renewals may be purchased at the Administrative Office or at the Washington Park Pool during regular open swim hours. See “Season Pass Policy”

2009 SEASON PASS POLICY

All new season passes must be purchased at the Washington Park District Administration Office located on 105 S. Spruce Street. Regular business hours are Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Each new family member registered on a season pass will be given a picture ID card that will allow them into the pool. Although it is not required to have all family members present at the time of the purchase, it is important to have them at the office to be photographed and issued an ID card before their first visit to the pool.

BABYSITTER PASS POLICY

Families wishing to pay for a pass for a babysitter may take advantage of the special babysitter pass. The pass costs $35 and will allow one individual entry into the pool as guardian to a family’s children. The individual must be old enough to act as guardian for the children and understand that is their role. The parent/guardian may list them on their form and have the babysitter follow up by completing the Babysitter Pool Pass Addition Form.

ID CARDS

Families who purchased season passes in previous years will need to bring the picture ID card they received. Each ID card will receive a sticker that will be good for the 2009 pool season. An individual with an ID card without a sticker will not be allowed entry into the pool. Stickers must be applied to the ID card by Park District staff.

A $5 fee will be charged for all replacement ID cards.

Party Patio Rental

The Party Patio is a fenced deck area located next to the new concession deck. The Party Patio may be rented during regular business hours, but allows your group a private area for gathering or catered meals, pizza or just a birthday cake while hosting a swim party. The Party Patio is included in After Hours Rentals at the Pool.

Party Patio Rental: $25/hour

AFTER HOURS AT THE POOL

Looking for a cool place to hold a great party or family get together? Nothing beats the heat like a pool party! Invite all your friends, neighbors and family to join you. The pool is available for after-hours rental from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. for a minimum rental of 2 hours. Select the pools of your choice or rent the entire facility. The Party Patio is included in all after-hours rentals. On nights when the party starts at 7 p.m. you may choose to add an hour. All rentals must be terminated by 10:00 p.m.

2009 Birthday Party Packages

Have your child’s birthday party at the Washington Park Pool. Let us do the planning. All parties include reservation of the Party Patio, decorations, treat bags, paper goods, activity and an activity leader during the designated time frame. You provide the cake, beverages and guests.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FEES: $110 (up to 15 guests) $5 for each additional guest.

Party Includes:
• Admission for up to 20 people
• 2 hours in reserved party area to eat & open presents
• Goodie bags for each child

Policies:
• Party is held during regular pool hours, subject to availability.
• Party does NOT include cake or ice cream, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Party must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
• Party will be booked upon the receipt of contract and 100% of amount due.
• A 3-day notice must be given to reschedule or cancel. If cancellation is not given 3 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling fee is $10
• If the pool closes due to inclement weather, the party will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Everyone entering the front gate is considered a guest of the party including grandparents, parents of the children at the party, etc.
• Upon conclusion of party, guests are welcome to stay and use the pool.
• Reservations are now being accepted.
