Fencing is excellent for developing cardiovascular strength, muscle mass, quick reaction time, coordination, and certainly not least of all...the ability to think quickly and critically. Fencing enables fencers to gain self-control and increase concentration and soon this self-control will begin to extend to other aspects of life. EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED JUST WEAR ATHLETIC CLOTHING.

At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to perform a trick in our very own show and discover some of the illustrious history of this age-old art.
