Unless noted, all fitness classes are held at Washington Park District Recreational Facility and are for ages 13 & up.

East meets West in this combination of Tai-Chi, Yoga, Floor exercises and Pilates.
Bands and Balls
Add some variety to your workouts in this class where you will use a stability ball and rubber bands to strengthen your muscles.
In this class, you will use body bars and light weights to fun music to gain strength quickly.
Step it Up
This step class intervals cardio training and weights to get the results you want.
Wake up and warm up with this class that offers cardio and strength opportunities using steps, weights, balls, and bands.
Fit over 50
Easy Cardio combined with balance and strength routines keep seniors healthy.
Enjoy the summer with your friends on the Washington Park District Recreation Trail. This program meets at the Playground on Lincoln Street next to the trail.
This program is a blend of the fun and music of a Zumba workout with the traditional water fitness program. Offered in the summertime at the Washington Park District Pool for people 18 and up.
Senior Aqua Zumba
This is a traditional water aerobic workout with a Latin Flavor. Participants will perform large muscle movements in the water. Ages 55+
Hatha Yoga for Health
Year round classes are offered for our yoga classes that take place in the Fitness Room at the Washington Park District Recreational Facility.
